First project I've seen that has its source readable in Github, but requires a license to use.
https://github.com/unidoc/unipdf/blob/master/LICENSE.md
It's source-readable but not legally compilable?
An interesting side effect of Go (and other languages) adjusting their tool chains to basically forcing open code to handle including libraries. Which I thought would cement OSS values for developers.
But, nope.
